School News

We were treated to a visit from our second international rugby player this week when Ceri Large came to answer some questions posed by the Key Stage 2 children.

As part of our 'Crime and Punishment' topic, Year 5/6 enjoyed an informative visit to the Police Museum in Tetbury yesterday.

Amongst all of the exercise, healthy eating and mindfulness exercises in the first half of Wellbeing Week, year 5 managed to find the time to take part in a STEMworks challenge.

Early Years, KS1 and their parents started the day with a super healthy breakfast.

Miss Emma put the whole school through their paces with an energetic dance session.

Children in Early Years went totally "tagtastic" today playing Tag Rugby with Steve Knight.

The children learnt the basics of tag rugby, passing and catching the ball as well as attempting to get "tags" off their opponents.

Alice in Cherry Class said:

"Oh my goodnes that was fun!!"

Every morning for the past week, the year 6 children have been enjoying delicious and healthy breakfasts in school to prepare them properly for their SATs.
