Pupil Premium & Catch Up Grant

The Pupil Premium is additional funding given to publicly funded schools in England to help raise the attainment of disadvantaged pupils and close the gap between them and their peers.

The school will recieve £97,665 of Pupil Premium Funding for 2021/22 and £10,440 of Recovery Premium.  This is the schools Pupil Premium Strategy Statement.

As a result of the Covid 19 pandemic the government offered schools a one off Catch Up Premium of £80 per pupil for the academic year 2020 – 2021. The aim of catch up money is to support pupils to catch up for lost learning. Schools can spend the money in the most effective way for our pupils.
