Yesterday saw our wonderful and efficient librarians running their very own cake and book stall outside The Den. The girls came up with the idea themselves and ran the stall amazingly well.

We are very proud of you girls. A huge WELL DONE! You raised a whopping £53.98.

  Tetbury Town Football

We were very lucky to be sporting our new sports t-shirts, kindly provided by Tetbury Town FC. (They gave us extra courage and determination!) Didn't we look smart?!

We had a great morning practising dribbling and shooting skills and we played matches in our phases.

We finished the morning with a football match, Rodmarton v St Marys. All of the girls played exceptionally well and there were plenty of near misses! Finally, after some teeth clenching moments, Grace managed to use her talents and the back of the net was sought on the final whistle. Get in!

Well done to all of the girls who took part in the event. You modelled great teamwork and perseverance and demonstrated self belief.

Woman of the match goes to Eva Weston for her super footwork skills!

On Friday 18th March, Y5/6 took part in two science workshops. One was titled 'Forensic Science' and the other was called 'Life Long Ago'. This is how we got on...

Hot off the press...

WELL DONE to The Lions Netballers who have made it through to the county finals next week.

Teamwork and skill shone through in our courageous and determined Lions team, managing to win all games and narrowly missing out on taking the crown at the cluster final. They have however, earned their place in the High 5 Netball County finals next week, where the top two teams from tonights games go forwards to battle it out against all finalists of the county next Wednesday.

Keep your fingers crossed for our netballing superstars next week!

The Tigers also played in the tournament and made a stirling effort and tried amazingly hard to focus on footwork and teamwork. Well Done Tigers, we are super proud of you.
