What a Knight!

Today a knight, in full armour, came to visit Cherry, Lime and Plum classes.

Following the children's interest in building castles in the construction area the children had an exciting visit from a knight in full armour. He talked about the armour, explained the different pieces and taught them some new words such as gauntlet!  You could definitely hear him coming as the armour rattled as he moved. The children asked some some interesting questions about the battle re-enactments which he takes part in! Thank you Mr Dolling!
