Woolsack Wonders!

Twenty-five students representing St Mary's competed in the Tetbury Woolsack Races today.

They all put a huge amount of energy and enthusiasm into their races and were an absolute credit to the school.

The Woolsack Races, as many of you will know, are an integral part of Tetbury's history and it was great for our school to be so well represented. The children were in seven relay teams of four, with each child running a section of Gumstool Hill, which has a 1 in 4 gradient.

A big thank you goes to Mrs Lee, Mrs Purnell and Mrs Sujeewon who helped organise the teams and ensure the children were all in the right place at the right time.
