Solar Eclipse Curiosity

The children enjoyed using a number of different methods for safely viewing the phenomena of the eclipse.

Year 3/4 used pinhole projectors which they made in their classrooms early this morning along with Amelia Berry's home made pinhole camera.

The event fitted in perfectly Year 5/6's Space topic.  As well as using pinhole projectors they experimented with colanders to sucessfully view the moon passing in front of the sun.
