Telling Tales!

Children throughout St Mary's have been telling tales this week. 

Not because they are trying to get each other in trouble, but because it is National Storytelling Week!

On Wednesday afternoon, children from all of the Key Stage 2 classes descended upon the Reception and Key Stage 1 classes. They were there so that they could tell each other stories. Some of these stories were ones that they had written, some were ones they had read or had read to them and some were ones they had made up this week.

It was a wonderful opportunity for children from different classes and age groups to work together on something they all enjoy.
