Key Step Gymnastics Competition
On Thursday 12th February two Yr3/4 teams competed against 13 other teams in a Key Step Gymnastics Competition.
The Annual Cirencester and District Schools, Key Step Gymnastics Competition took place at Deer Park School.
Team A consisted of Evie Townsend, Vianne Gould, Freya Wakefield, Sophie Lloyd, Lucy Cox and Elizabet Valkinaite.
Team B consisted of Kira Myers, Phoebe Higgs, Sophie Davis, Katelyn Reed, Freya Minas and Fergus Pollok Morris.
All gymnasts performed brilliantly and showed good
sportsmanship supporting fellow competitors.
After some nervous performances, Te
am A were rewarded with Silver teammedal.
Vianne Gould also achieved individual Bronze medal for her performances.
A special thank you goes to Emily Payne who was unable to compete. Emily demonstrated the routine and vault to all gymnasts and helped the judges keep the scores up to date.
Well done to you all, you were all brilliant.
